...how did i get so lucky?

jack is my favorite baby in the whole world.

we spend many hours together a week playing

and today we had a photo shoot in our stripes...

long time, no post

a million apologies for the lack of posts!

my life has been crazy busy.

as soon as i came back from nantucket i jumped right into my two summer classes

which are every morning from 7:30 to 11:15

(have you ever TRIED waking up that early in the summer!?!?)

then i go straight to my nannying job until about 6

then i go home and eat dinner with bennett

and then i spend the rest of my night doing homework

ughhhhhhhhh

BUT

some good things have happened

like:

bennett is getting better

and guess what?

he doesn't have headaches anymore

none. nada. zip.

and i am moving into an adorable house with my girls on august 1st!

we have a back yard : )

and only 10 more months until i am married

and in 3 weeks, right before fall classes start,

i am going to harry potter world with bennett

i can't even begin to tell you how excited i am about that!

so, life is good

i have to go home tomorrow and if it wasn't for my bennett

waiting for me to return

i would just stay here

my bennett is back home

finally

even though he spent the afternoon in the ER today

because he had an allergic reaction to his medications

i swear it's one thing after another...

but i am leaving him this friday

to go to nantucket with the family i babysit for

for 9 days

for free

on a private plane

how lucky am i?

i am so excited

although it breaks my heart to leave bennett like this.

no more moping

since sitting around and worrying doesn't do anything

why not pass the time by looking at beautiful clothing

and getting inspired by fashion blogs?

hospital

today has been one of the hardest days of my life

my bennett is back in the hospital

and it is breaking my heart to see him in pain

please pray for him

and for me

surgery

bennett had surgery on his shunt yesterday

and it went well

but he is now having bad headaches

which is what we didn't want to happen

so there's a chance he might have to have another surgery

please keep him in your thoughts and prayers
