steph and my sister ellen threw us an amazing going away party.

she made delicious snacks and a peppermint punch

and ellen decorated the place with christmas lights and paper chains.

so many of our closest friends came to bid us farewell

and it really made me realize how much i'm going to miss this place

we have my family's annual christmas party tonight

and then tomorrow 

stephanie and my sister are throwing us a going away party

with all of our dearest friends.

my best friend/roommate threw a break-in-your-wedding-shoes party

for me and our friend becca who is getting married in june.

all i have to say is that this should be a party every bride has before the wedding!

we invited our bridesmaids who were in town and everyone brought 2 things:

1) their wedding shoes

2) a bottle of wine

we snacked on delicious hor dourves and drank wine and played games

and had SO much fun.

i feel like she should win an award for coming up with this idea!

i had such a wonderful time in tampa this weekend.

my mom came with me so she could meet the rest of bennett's family

and they had an engagement party for us

with plenty of gifts, food, and mimosas.

all of bennett's friends were there and we had a blast.

this first full week of classes has been super stressful

so i couldn't be happier that it is the weekend.

mostly because 3 of my good friends

who are also 3 of my bridesmaids : )

are throwing me and bennett an engagement party!

a huge group of our friends are going to eat with us

and then we're coming back to my place for drinks and desserts

i am so excited to dress up and spend the night
