a beach list

the beach is my favorite because

• nothing feels better than the warm summer sun against your skin
• the sound of the ocean is hypnotizing
• it's ok if you get sand stuck all over you and everything else because there's no way to avoid it
• i hate sweating, and the ocean is like a giant sweat eraser
• the smell of sunscreen
• sunsets are so much more beautiful
• the salt water does wonders for my hair
• freckles

this week:

• study for a test on friday : (
• meagan's birthday
• double dinner date with bennett, my friend trey and his girlfriend rosalie (we're making dinner, they're bringing dessert)
• sleep in on thursday
• snuggle so much
• plan a trip to chattanooga

i love my new apartment.

for the record...

i don't read near as many books as i should

repetitive noises drive me crazy

i have far too many fears

some of those fears are nonsense like E.T. and horses

i am extremely sensitive

i don't like thinking about how complicated things work

or the end of the world

or infinity

i hate sleeping

actually i hate the process of trying to fall asleep

i really don't like crowds or parties

i like to think that dinosaurs aren't actually dead

date night

i should be doing my homework

(darn summer class)

but instead i decided to share my pictures from my date tonight.

(i hate it when benn takes pictures of me which explains why i'm hiding)

bennett and i went to movies in the park

where we happened to stay just long enough to run into the lovely chelsey

then left because of bennett's allergies and my belly which needed a hamburger happy meal from mcdonalds.

i love bennett

and parks

and friends

and mcdonalds

and summer time

but mostly i just really love bennett and i'm so glad he's back.

3 days till apartment!

helping bennett move into his apartment has made me SO excited about moving into mine on friday. i just finished getting all the essentials (mattress, comforter, kitchen supplies, etc.) so now all i have to do is wait. bennett and i are supposed to go to movies in the park tomorrow night for a date but the weather isn't looking so good. any ideas for a fun alternative?

i am so glad to have him back.

it's today!

he is finally coming home! we are going to have so many picnics and movie nights and adventures. not to mention so much snuggling.
