wine and cheese night

last night

we poured a couple glasses of merlot

and munched on cheese and crackers

asparagus

summer sausage

and bread and olive oil with herbs.

then we watched

it's the great pumpkin, charlie brown.

it was a most delicious autumn night.

homemade pizza

the other night
bennett and i made the most delicious pizza.
we got the dough and toppings from trader joe's
and baked it on our pizza stone in our tiny oven.
it was delicious,
especially with a glass of red wine.

we are slowly starting to get the hang of this cooking thing,
and we're really starting to enjoy it.
